Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

2. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as used or damaged generators or customized products, may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange a product for a different model, please initiate a return first. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, you may place a new order for the preferred model.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Shipping Refunds: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
